We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to compliment the firm’s team and atmosphere.  Candidate would be involved in all types of projects and all phases of the design and construction process.  We seek a candidate who is confident, can solve problems, be self-reliant or work with team and communicate with clients. The candidate should have a good design sense with the ability to produce concepts and sketches.  In addition to design skills, the candidate must have a strong working knowledge of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, Chicago Building Codes and Chicago permitting processes.  Candidates must have the ability to manage a project, run client and consultant meetings and coordinate all team members.

Applicant Requirements

Candidate must have a min Bachelor of Architecture Degree and at least 5 years professional experience. Candidates should have experience with all aspects of design and construction, especially construction detailing, permit procedures and client communication. Candidates should have some field experience and strong organizational skills. Candidate must be proficient in Revit with knowledge of 3-D software (3D Max, Maxwell, Sketch Up, Rhino), Photoshop and Excel. Please detail your experience.
