S222A is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years experience in overseeing all aspects of a project including : coordination of consultants and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, management and quality control of commercial and multi-family residential projects.
- Responsible for technical review and content.
- Responsible for finished plans and specifications, and review of materials and construction.
- Prepares and supervises code analysis.
- Prepares and supervises production specifications.
- Supervises designers, and interns.
- Supervises issuance of construction documents and coordination of deliverables.
- Travels periodically to job sites.
- Mentors younger team members.
- Performs Construction Administration, including shop drawing review, responding to RFIs, and conducting evaluations of the quality of work.
Applicant Requirements
- BArch or MArch from an accredited university
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- AutoCAD 3D Studio or SketchUp a plus
