Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing conceptual boards and conducting research to find relevant images
- Compiling client presentation materials, both digital and physically
- Drawing floorplans, finish plans, RCPs, elevations, and detail sections
- Design and detailing millwork
- Researching finish and fixture specification options
- Keeping material and contents from the project organized and documented properly
- Tracking and organizing project specifications and schedules
- Documenting and communicating notes from client meetings
- Ensuring project design direction is clearly followed and that deadlines are met
- Client facing
Applicant Requirements
- Possesses keen design sensibility
- Excellent graphic skills (i.e., Sketching, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite)
- Able to prioritize competing project demands
- Possesses excellent follow-through
- Possesses a client service mentality
- Able to mentor and assist less-experienced design team members as needed
- Executive Presence
- Ability to quickly establish an open, trusting relationship
- Able to think quickly on their feet during client dialogue
- Asks questions and communicates efficiently
