Assist in the preparation of design concepts, design development and construction documents. Provide services typical of an entry-level architect, such as initiation and development of architectural design concepts, preparation of presentation materials, initiation and development of basic design details and systems, and coordination of design details, dimensions and notations, utilizing knowledge of the following areas: programming, planning and design; procedures for production of design development and construction documents, building materials and construction methods; civil and structural, mechanical electrical and acoustical engineering; and building codes and building costs. Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and build models or prepare project boards for client/project team review. Translate client’s design guideline into English and explain to team based on Korea architecture code. Search reference project and develop site analysis based on client’s request. Work under the supervision of a licensed Architect while making progress towards licensure in Architecture.

Applicant Requirements

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  2. One (1) year of experience in architecture at a firm specializing in large-scale mixed-use projects.
  3. Education and/or experience must include:
  • Revit Architecture
  • 3Ds Max with Vray Rendering
  • Rhino with Grasshopper
  • Lumion or Twin Motion
  • Sketch-up
  • Adobe suites (Photoshop, In-design, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
  • 3D Printing Skills
  1. Fluency in Korean.
  2. Architectural licensure not required.
  3. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
