We are looking for someone with 0-4 years of experience. Your role will vary according to project size and complexity. In all cases, you would be on a project from start to finish and would be involved in the design of any project that you work on. After some time in the office, you would be managing smaller projects and would be the main point of contact for our clients and consultants.
Applicant Requirements
Proficiency in Revit is required. Enscape experience is preferred, although not required. You must be able to collaborate with everyone in the office, have the ability to multi-task, and attend client meetings in the Chicago suburbs. Good organizational skills are also important for this role.

About the Company
We are a small design firm in Chicago focusing on public library work. We are a collaborative firm where all team members are an integral part of every project including design, finish and furniture selection, construction documents, and construction administration. We spend quite a bit of time and energy during the design phase, looking for the best possible solution for each project. Almost every project is built, every one is a public building, and most are in the Chicago area. This gives everyone in the office the ability to see their work and to see how people interact with it.
We currently have 8 team members and 2 interns, and we are looking to expand. We have 2 partners, 1 senior architect, 3 project architects, and 2 team members with 1-3 years of experience. We have several project sizes currently in the design/documentation stages right now, including a new building and various sized renovation projects. We pride ourselves in the fact that anyone can take as much responsibility on a project that meets his/her comfort level. There is quite a bit of room for growth, client contact, consultant coordination, and product research. We work in the office Monday-Thursday and work from home on Fridays.
