Michael Hershenson Architects, Ltd. is seeking a talented Residential Project Architect who will initiate the design process with the Principal and assume responsibility of the project as it progresses to construction documents and construction. The architect will have direct contact with clients, contractors, interior designers, and engineers.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates will have 7+ years of experience with a professional degree in Architecture; we are seeking a candidate who is a skillful designer as well as thorough in the Construction Documents Phase. The candidate should possess a high level of proficiency with AutoCAD. Knowledge of Sketch-up is also an asset. Architectural licensure is considered a plus however not required. Candidate must enjoy residential architecture and communicate that enthusiasm to the client, be intelligent, possess a professional demeanor, and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
