Architect (Independent Contractor) with 3-5 years experience in residential architecture to assist with architectural residential projects on a part-time, intermittent basis (8-16+ hours/week). Work load varies depending on Project Phase and Flow.
Applicant Requirements
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings and renderings appropriate to each Phase of Work: Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents. Must be Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD (AutoCAD Architecture would be ideal), Revit, Sketchup or Rhino. Must be able to video conference (Zoom) periodically to discuss and review work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and dedicated to the craft of doing great work in a timely manner.
