We are seeking a committed and passionate architectural graduate/architect in training with 0-5 years of experience in well-detailed single family residential and light commercial projects to assist on all phases of a project, from initial client meetings through construction administration. Multi-family experience would be a plus. Additionally, this person will help with our sustainability efforts as well as being able to produce 3D imaging. This position will provide an opportunity to work on state of the art sustainable, resilient and wellness projects.
The work will consist of contributing in our collaborative studio to analyze existing buildings and sites, analyze projects for sustainable performance (will train in house), assist with initial and design development schemes, prepare permit drawings sets and construction documents, and coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities and contractors.

Applicant Requirements
The following are the requirements that we are looking for in a candidate;
- 0-5 years of office experience post architectural degree
- Professional Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- A strong knowledge of sustainable design is required. LEED, Certified Passive House or WELL accreditation would be a significant plus.
- Proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling is required (will provide focused in house training as required)
- Experience with Vectorworks is a plus (will train in house). Vectorworks is similar to many other CAD programs.
- Experience developing detailed construction documents for bid, permit and construction.
- Excellent graphic and communications skills/working with a team
- Solid people relationship skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
