KMA is seeking architectural designers and licensed architects to contribute to projects across all phases—from conceptual design through construction administration. Ideal candidates will bring strong design sensibilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position requires regular interaction with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
Applicant Requirements
Qualifications
• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Licensure required for senior-level roles
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software
• Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong design, technical, and organizational capabilities
Responsibilities
• Participate in or lead project development through all design and construction phases
• Produce design studies, technical documentation, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team members
• Support or lead construction administration activities
• Mentor junior staff (for licensed architect applicants)
• Contribute to design research, project planning, and quality control efforts
