We’re looking for architects and designers who are motivated, collaborative, and excited to build a career in a firm where their ideas matter. Whether you’ve recently entered the profession or are ready to move beyond a role where your growth has stalled, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from early design through construction alongside experienced architects, consultants, and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Develop design concepts, drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, clients, and project teams.
- Contribute to design research, technical problem-solving, and project delivery.
- Take on increasing responsibility and project ownership as your experience and leadership grow.
Applicant Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- 2–7 years of professional experience.
- Strong Revit skills required; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- A genuine interest in thoughtful design and the built environment.
