We seek candidates for Mid Level Architect /Rising Project Manager AND/OR for Senior Architect / Project Manager.

Applicant Requirements
Our services run the gamut and as do our project type and clients. You will work alongside a team of talented and experienced architects and historians on a variety of exciting projects such as new designs and construction, programming and master plans for buildings and campuses, building envelope repairs, historic building and bridge rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, condition assessments, reports, etc.
- 4+ or 8+ years of architectural experience, including project management
- Strong design sense
- Experience with technical detailing and specs
- Collaborative mindset
- Facility with application of the SOI Standards
- Licensed Architect or very close
- Self-motivated team player who enjoys learning and takes pride in their work
- Professional experience in Revit, all typical projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Chicago-based, please
