Architect or Architectural Associate to work on all phases of various commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include design development, code research, drafting and technical documentation, written specifications, consultant coordination, construction administration, and assistant project management.
As a mid-sized firm with a personal, non-corporate environment, everyone here is fortunate to be involved in all aspects of delivering successful projects.
Applicant Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in drafting and production of construction drawings
- Ability to develop designs and work out details
- Enjoys all aspects of an architectural project and is seeking "task variety"
- Working knowledge of code and zoning regulations
- Strong verbal/written communication & graphic presentation skills
- Degree in Architecture from U.S. accredited university
- Pursuing licensure, or licensed
- Proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with Sketchup
