Harris Architects is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Architect with 6+ years of Industrial Architecture to join our team. You must be able to provide architectural design services for all phases of the design and construction processes. Services include Entitlement, Code Analysis, Preliminary Design, Master Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Permit Documents, and Construction Administration services. Sector work includes Warehousing, Distribution, Import Centers, Laboratories, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Cold Storage Facilities, Office and Medical Facilities.
Applicant Requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects utilizing excellent organization and communication skills
- Client service oriented and creative problem solver
- Detailed knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Knowledge of architectural practice and principles
- The ability to work independently from project onset to completion
- Minimum 6+ years of Industrial Architecture experience
- Licensed Architect Preferred
- Required work hours - In office four days a week/Work from home one day
