Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for establishing, refining, and updating BIM / CAD standards and guidelines as well as templates for the general firm. Develops and maintains a template and library, and provides training, assistance, and leadership to a wide range of skillsets ranging from Revit novices to Intermediate users. Work with principals and leadership to develop an auditing process within a QA/QC process for the firm.
This role is expected to participate as an active member on project teams under the direction of a project manager and provide firm-wide Revit leadership, assistance, guidance, training, and support. The ability to balance both roles simultaneously is a must.
The idea candidate will be able to look for creative solutions to make projects more efficient and profitable.
Applicant Requirements
Key Technical Skills:
- Advanced Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Working proficiency in MS office, and Adobe Suites
- Good understanding of zoning and building codes
- Good understanding of the architects’ scope of services, BIM LOD, and BIM Execution Plans
- Troubleshoot BIM software problems

- Ability to encourage and train others effectively, both in-person and via video conferences in our other offices across the country
