Residential Architect 1-4 yrs

• Experience: Strong knowledge of residential design and detailing for interiors and exteriors preferred, as well as, experience across all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration..
• Design Talent: Confidence to take the design initiative, propose groundbreaking solutions, and deliver creative, industry-leading work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, 3D software, and Adobe Suite. Please detail your experience with these tools.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and jurisdictional processes is a plus.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
• Dedication to Growth: Enthusiasm for learning, improving, and pushing boundaries.

• Create conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all project phases.
• Interface with project teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
