Residential Architect 1-6 yrs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous work with an Architectural design firm. Relevant professional experience across all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration. Strong knowledge of residential design and detailing for interiors and exteriors preferred.
• Design Talent: Confidence to take the design initiative, propose groundbreaking solutions, and deliver creative, industry-leading work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, 3D software, and Adobe Suite. Please detail your experience with these tools.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and jurisdictional processes is a plus.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
  Dedication to Growth: Enthusiasm for learning, improving, and pushing boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all project phases.
• Interface with project teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Deliver high-quality design and documentation aligned with client expectations and project goals.
