Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Candidate must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings to design complex approval drawings
Candidate must be able to prepare technical drawings and details for our projects
Candidate must be able to work in a profitable and timely manner according to company standards
Candidate must be willing to work closely with other members of the design team
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining multiple projects at a time and keep up with revisions as they progress from initiation to completion
Candidate should possess good organization skills and file management
Applicant Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, organized and effective under pressure
Software skills including AutoCAD, limited SketchUp & Revit
Proficient in reading Architectural drawings
Have 3d visional interpretation of construction situations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Dedicated and trustworthy person with extra attention to detail
Construction experience helpful
