Successful sole practicing architect seeking partner to collaborate and grow business together. Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the job includes supervising several younger designers for zoning and building code compliance. We work directly with a licensed structural engineer, home inspector, and general contractor in house to manage a large array of simultaneous projects.
Applicant Requirements
- Must have exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Must have 15 years experience as a Chicago licensed Architect (Self-Certification strongly preferred)
- Must be confident and self-motivated and have experience with managing freelance projects
- Construction experience and/or designing and building your own home preferred
- Must have hobbies and passion outside of work
- Experience and understanding of the 2019 Chicago Building Code and current Chicago Zoning Ordinance are required
Benefits:
