We’re hiring a recruiter with a background in architecture or interior design who’s ready to apply their industry experience in a dynamic, people-focused role.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, engage, and interview candidates for architecture and interior design roles in Chicago and beyond.
- Match candidates to opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and personalities.
- Advise candidates on career moves, portfolio presentation, and interview prep.
- Stay current on industry trends, firm news, and project pipelines.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Grow Arc Scout’s network through referrals, outreach, and creative sourcing strategies.
