Rana Lee

Rana Lee is the founder of Magrover Ventures, where she brings together her experience in leadership, growth strategy, and the built environment. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow, guided leaders through complex decisions, and moved meaningful ideas forward.

Her approach begins with asking better questions and helping people see possibilities they may not yet recognize. She also understands how much a career can be shaped by a timely conversation, an introduction, or someone who sees potential before we fully see it in ourselves.

That belief is central to her work with the AIA Chicago Foundation. She is passionate about investing in emerging architects and expanding access to the opportunities, relationships, and encouragement that can shape a career. Rana believes the profession and the city are stronger when more people have the chance to contribute their ideas, experiences, and leadership.
