Josh Mings, AIA

Josh Mings, AIA is the Principal and Founder of Aggregate Studio. He brings 13 years of experience focusing on residential and community-based projects and his experience in all phases of projects allows teams to create innovative and effective projects through teamwork, critical engagement, and consensus-building. Josh strives to create a positive impact on cities and residents with dignified design, with previous projects before founding Aggregate winning several local, state, and national awards. Josh has served AIA Chicago in various capacities, including as co-chair of the Design KC and being a mentor in the WING program. Additionally, Josh currently co-leads the NEXUS national mentorship program, pairing FAIAs with emerging professionals.
