Emily Yeow, Assoc. AIA

Emily Yeow, Associate AIA, is a designer at SMNG A, Ltd and a recent graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management and a Master of Management. Her professional experience includes work on healthcare facilities and community-focused buildings. Beyond practice, Emily is actively engaged in the profession through her roles as a liaison to one of the study groups on AIA Strategic Council and a member of AIA Chicago’s EDI Committee. In these positions, she advocates for mentorship opportunities, educational pathways, and professional resources that support the growth of emerging architects, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the profession.
