Anne Ross, M.Ed.

Anne Ross assumed the role of Manager of Education and Awards at AIA Chicago in 2024. In this capacity, she spearheads the development of compelling program content in collaboration with volunteer leaders, manages the annual honors and design awards programs, and provides support for organization-wide events. Anne actively fosters partnerships with allied organizations, enhancing AIA Chicago’s educational initiatives, and plays a key role in advancing the organization’s strategic objectives.

Prior to this position, Anne’s career spanned leadership roles in Chicago’s private education sector and as an Associate Director at a local education non-profit. There, she played a pivotal role in programmatic development, aligning initiatives with mission objectives, and refining curriculum and learning outcomes. Her extensive experience underscores her commitment to advancing educational initiatives and achieving organizational objectives.

Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Grinnell College and a master’s degree in Cultural and Educational Policy Studies from Loyola University Chicago, demonstrating her dedication to ongoing learning and growth.
