AIA 2030 Commitment: Key Tips for Success
As of spring 2025, over 1,000 firms have signed the AIA 2030 Commitment pledging to design their entire portfolio to be net zero energy by the year 2030. Yet 2024 data collected from this group still shows an average energy reduction of only 50%. As the climate crisis worsens it is ever more important for those of us whose creations contribute 40% of the greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions in the world to step up and re-double our efforts.
