- Maintains drawing sets in Revit and/or CAD from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
- Creates Revit families and/or CAD blocks and as required for project specific specialty items.
- References project information in Studio Designer, as needed, as entered by Designers.
- Prepares PDFs for internal drawing review/coordination, Project Architect or Senior Architectural Designer review, client meetings and drawing issuances.
- During Construction Administration, prepares sketches to be issued to GC and maintains IDSK Sketch Log.
Applicant Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in interior residential architecture, with considerable experience in high-end residential to be considered.
- Strong experience of working in Revit is required. Also having experience of working in CAD is a plus.
- Reports to Project Architect and/or Director of Architecture.
