A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a US-based firm and a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university are required. Candidates should have experience in residential, new construction, addition, gut rehab, and small and medium commercial projects. Candidates should also be able to research and understand required building Codes. Effective communication skills along with a strong work ethic and a collaborator mentality are necessities. The ability to keep up with a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail are also necessities. A working knowledge of Revit is needed, and familiarity with Photoshop and AutoCAD is beneficial. This is a full-time position.
