Applicant Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Professional degree from an accredited architectural program
- License preferred
- Skilled at working with owners and consultant teams
- Experience in writing CSI 3-part specifications
- Thorough knowledge of building construction, codes, building systems, and detailing
- Experience in building permit processes
- Understanding of contracts and the financial nature of architectural work
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit
- Experience in Sketchup and Rhino a plus
