The ideal candidate brings expertise in managing multi-unit housing projects, deep knowledge of Chicago Building and Zoning Code, and a strong foundation in sustainability and accessibility standards. You’ll guide projects through all design phases, from initial land planning to construction observation. Applicant Requirements
Along with knowledge of Chicago Building and Zoning Code, and a strong foundation in sustainability and accessibility standards, the ideal candidate will be able to efficiently guide projects through all design phases including:
- Land planning/urban design
- Zoning and code studies
- Schematic design
- Design development
- Permitting
- Construction documents
- Construction observation
