Overall this role involves primarily project related architectural design, including participation in design presentations and putting together contract documents. Candidate would work along side a team to complete hospitality related projects. Daily tasks may include conceptual design, schematic design, design development, contract document production or construction administration depending on current project and previous experience. Studio environment is creative, collaborative, focused, approachable, and a good setting to continue learning.
Applicant Requirements
- Enthusiasm for design and working with a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and desire for engagement and ownership of projects
- A degree in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, revit, Office 365
- 3-10 years work experience in an Architecture or design firm
- Authorized to work in the US
