We are seeking a candidate with business administration, project management, real estate, or architecture experience to join our team in the Strategic Planning department. Applicant Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • College Degree in business administration or architecture.
  • 0-4 years of experience in the field of architecture, construction, real estate, or project management

  • Fast and precise written communication
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Client-facing communicator
  • Develop understanding of compliance processes and apply strategy to improve project timeline
  • Facilitate and anticipate future outcomes to achieve desired project results
  • Propensity and desire to learn building and zoning codes
Desired Experience
  • Presentation to clients, client management
  • Simultaneous management of multiple projects
  • Interaction with municipal and state rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Data analytics experience
Software Proficiency
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Bluebeam
  • CRM and/or project management software (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Encore, Excel templates, etc.)
Salary - $55,000 - $72,000 commensurate with experience of applicant Full benefits 401K, Healthcare, Life Insurance, Performance Based Bonus
