We are seeking a highly-motivated Senior Project Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage projects ranging in scale from 30-300K square feet (cultural/institution and/or affordable multi-unit housing experience is preferred). The position requires experience through all phases of design and construction, including the execution of design drawings and construction documents, managing project teams, and coordinating all project efforts both administrative and technical to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Candidates should have construction administration experience.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates must have an accredited degree in architecture, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Licensure is preferred but not required. Candidates should be proficient in industry software (Revit and Autocad).
