Globetrotters is seeking an ARCHITECT QA MANAGER to provide leadership on our architecture team. In this role, you will:
  • Support the development, maintenance, and implement QA standards to improve quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Mentor and provide direction to junior architects on projects
  • Serve as project manager as professional experience and growth dictates
  • Provide leadership to the team and collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop design standards
  • Review design and constructions documents for compliance with local building codes and client specifications
  • Perform QA/QC on project designs
  • Participate in marketing efforts
  • Other duties, as assigned

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:
  • 15 years of architectural experience, including K-12 design
  • Knowledge and experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • Knowledge of other disciplines and directs interdisciplinary coordination
  • Detailed knowledge of building codes and industry standards, including ADA
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, including Rhino 3D, Lumion, and Revit
  • Ability to self-certify for permit review
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Licensed architect
  • LEED AP certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • PMP certification a plus
