About the Role
As an Associate Architect, you’ll contribute to every stage of the design process—from concept through construction. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting project types, including Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Retail, Workplace, Commercial, and Adaptive Reuse developments.

Applicant Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 1 year of Revit use in a professional setting.
- Strong familiarity with multifamily housing is a must; experience in rehab and repositioning projects is highly desirable.
- Proven experience across multiple phases of a project: design, engineering coordination, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, standards, and advanced understanding of building codes and zoning ordinances.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
- Licensed architect or on track for licensure.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Position is located our Chicago, IL office.
