We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 1-4 years of professional experience in the architectural field. Our firm is a prominent, award-winning high-end residential design / build firm based in Lakeview.
If you are intrigued by the opportunity to see your projects become built spaces while collaborating with an in-house team of architects, interior designers, construction managers we would love to meet with you. Our development and design / build process provides a unique experience beyond the typical architectural office including coordination of site issues with outside trades and extensive client interface. This position offers long-term professional growth potential with broad exposure to the entire design and construction experience.
Applicant Requirements
What we are looking for:
Experience: Previous work with an architectural design firm. An ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in residential design across all phases of design, documentation and project management.
Design Talent: Innate design skills to learn the nuances of residential design. A keen eye for proportion and ability to conceptualize and create livable living spaces is most important.
Technical skills: Strong working talent in Revit is vital. Please detail your experience and skill level in Revit.
Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to race up the learning curve will ensure the ability to progressively assume increasing responsibilities.
