de Giulio seeks a RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECT to join our world-renowned team at our Chicago North Shore interior design studio. Our Residential Architect plays an integral role in the project management process, working with our design team, in-house installers, and artisans along with construction and design professionals to drive projects from concept to build. You’ll participate in all project phases, own production of relevant documentation to execute high-level design, and work closely with our design principal to develop technical and presentation drawings for designs. Shortlisted candidates will be provided with a position description prior to an in-person interview. Applicant Requirements

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture • 5+ years of residential architecture experience (architecture license not required) • Strong software skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp • Excellent communication, judgment, and teamwork skills that facilitate workload management, multi-tasking, and solution-oriented problem solving • Demonstrated ability to pivot and course-correct as needed to keep projects in various stages of development moving forward • Knowledge of building codes and standards • A passion for good design
