Three to five years of experience, preferably in the multi-family and commercial markets. Assist Arch III and Project Architect in all phases of project development, from beginning to construction documentation.
- Assist Project Architect in the preparation of design studies and alternatives for review
- Prepares drawings for schematic design and design development.
- Under supervision, prepares contract documents including details, sections, elevations, and schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- Proficient in Revit (required), experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office
- Experience 3-5 years
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Experience with Commercial and Multi-family preferred
- Assist in developing conceptual designs and carrying a project through the Construction Document and Construction Administration phases
