Director of Architecture Learning and Experience

At Black Spectacles we have ambitions plans to help support the architecture community, and we need an architect to help us lead that work, and manage and grow our teams who are delivering that work. We're on the hunt for a Director of Architecture Learning and Experience to lead our learning and products strategy and teams to help us achieve our ambitions. You will:

• Own our learning product and software product strategy
• Oversee the production of learning content and execution of software product roadmap
• Manage the team producing all of our learning content, including videos, quizzes, and practice exams
• Hire, evaluate, and oversee architect consultants for project-based work
• Establish and Enforce quality standards for the learning content
• Manage programs aligned towards ongoing content improvement, new content production and product roadmap launches
