SOLD OUT: Tour of the Lucy Gonzalez Parsons Apartments

Summary

Take a tour of the Lucy Gonzalez Parsons Apartments, a mixed-use building that provides high-quality affordable rental housing. Located in the heart of Logan Square, the project was designed by LBBA and developed by Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation.

This equitable transit-oriented development (ETOD) spans from two to seven stories and includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. It also features 4,500 sq. ft. of commercial space facing Kedzie Avenue.

During the tour, representatives from LBBA, Bickerdike, and McKay Landscape Architecture will discuss the project’s origins, design challenges, and projected future. They will also talk about how the development integrates with and helps shape the future of Kedzie Avenue.
