Studio Tour and Glassblowing Demonstration at Ignite Glass Studio

Ignite Glass Studios is a thriving glass art community where artists can create and grow, novices can experiment and learn, and young people’s lives are transformed by the power of this collaborative art form. Join AIA Chicago’s Technical Issues Knowledge Community as they visit Ignite Glass Studios for a glassblowing demonstration and gallery tour. This is part of their year-round series on glasswork in architecture.

Tour participants will observe and ask questions while glass artists work with 2,000-degree molten glass to create work to show in Ignite’s Glass Gallery.
