Please view the letter from AIA Chicago COTE/2030 Commitment Knowledge Community co-chairs Daniel Jaconetti, AIA, Kelly Moynihan, AIA, and David Swain, AIA:
Greetings fellow AIA Chicago members,
My AIA Chicago COTE Co-chairs David and Kelly and I wanted to reach out to you all regarding this past year’s 2030 commitment reporting cycle.
While Chicago specific data is unavailable to us, our local Knowledge Community is looking to better understand how well the AIA Chicago 2030 committed firms are doing in this venture so we can provide support, education, and other resources to those who are encountering barriers towards success.
We are requesting your firm’s response to our local survey so we can compile the Chicago firm specific data on our progress together toward reaching the 2030 commitment goals.
The survey should take less than five minutes. There are 11 questions, eight of which require data that can be taken straight from your 2030 DDX reporting page from 2022. See linked sample PDF matching question numbers to your DDX reporting screen.
In exchange for your participation, we will share the compiled data with everyone who responds (with anonymity) so you can better understand how your firm compares to other local firms. Our goal is to be able to share meaningful data prior to next years reporting deadline in March so that we can guide those who need mentoring to get their report completed.
Please respond to this survey by end of day Friday, December 1.
If you have any questions, please email us at membervoices@aiachicago.org.
All the best,
Daniel J. Jaconetti AIA
Kelly Moynihan, AIA
David Swain, AIA
