Rising along Chicago's Lake Shore Drive and situated in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood, Solverre is a striking residential development. This 12-story tower transforms a former hospital parking lot into a chic lakeside community; the U-shaped tower is oriented to capture the southern sun and offer views of Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan, and downtown Chicago, offering 303 modern apartments. The development addresses the ongoing housing shortage in the area with a suite of amenities designed for urban dwellers: club rooms, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a sunlit pool deck with native plantings.
