A 16-story, 256,000 sqft condominium tower, this project redefines residential luxury in Chicago’s West Loop. Offering 58 residences—including duplexes and penthouses—the design focuses on column-free interiors, oversized terraces, and expansive city views. A bronze-clad exterior with integrated window walls creates a dynamic façade that responds to light and shadow. Ground-level landscaping and setbacks enhance the pedestrian experience, while amenities like a chef’s kitchen, dog spa, and rooftop garden provide comfort and community. Through thoughtful massing, detailing, and sustainability features, the building brings human-centered elegance and innovation to a vibrant urban neighborhood.
