The AIA Chicago chapter Board of Directors is the representative leadership body elected by the local membership each year. All AIA Chicago members in good standing are eligible to be nominated or self-nominate for an open position on the Board of Directors. Open positions and calls for nominations were sent to members in September of 2024.
Voting was open for AIA Chicago members in good standing from 6:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2024, through 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 12, 2024 immediately following the virtual Annual Meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024, where the proposed slate of candidates was presented.

Nay: 12 (5%)
This represents a 69% increase in voting from 2023
